Let me first say thank you for considering my request to be a guest on the Why I Social Podcast! I’m proud to say that previous guests have included Guy Kawasaki, Ted Rubin, Bryan Kramer and Scott Stratten.
In order to make your experience with the podcast the best possible one – I’ve put together a small guide to what you can expect.
The show is recorded over Skype. Please add me (username: CBarrows).
Due to my work schedule, I try to record the podcast in the evenings or on weekends (if possible. In light of the fact that my guests all live varied lives and operate on unique schedules, however, this is a flexible schedule.
Details can be worked out through email or over the phone depending on the preferred method of the guest.
The show is designed to be a casual conversation, not an interview. Yes, questions will be asked but it’s meant to feel more like a conversation at a bar or a coffee shop than an interview on Inside The Actor’s Studio.
Please remember that the conversation is not 100% about social media. It’s about getting to know you – the person behind the social media activity.
The format is as follows:
I would certainly encourage you to share the show upon it’s release to the public via iTunes, Skype and Libsyn.
They are released every Tuesday. You will be notified when your episode will air and I will share graphics for you to use if you so choose. Episodes will be shared from the following locations.
In addition, you will be added to a Twitter list dedicated to Why I Social alumni and I will do my best to share your content from time to time from the @WhyISocial handle.
